We are looking for a motivated, friendly and warm Bilingual Montessori assistant for the 2026 -2027 school year, who wants to make the difference in the lives of children. Our primary classes are all immersion classes. We currently have assistants speaking Spanish and Korean. Our desire is to add 2 other assistants whose first language is something other than English. Sign language is also an option.
Hours are 8:00 - 4:00, class hours 9:00 - 3:00. Class limited to 20 children with a trained teacher. Hourly position based on education and experience, ranging from $21.00 - $23.00 . Job expectations include working closely with lead teacher, childcare duties and light maintenance/cleaning.
Requirements: Merit certified, completed background check, food handlers permit, TB cleared, MMR vaccination, 30 initial training hours or educational exemption and 10 Merit credits per year. BBP, CPR and First aid training will take place during our training week in August. The 1st day of training week is August 24, 2026, School begins September 1.
