Rate of Pay: MACTE affiliated Montessori Certified Range -$48 -$58K, DOE

Hours/Schedule: 40 Hours Weekly, Monday – Friday

School Hours: 8:30am - 3:00pm

Full Schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Benefits:

Monthly Medical Supplement: $200.00 or 75% contribution towards Regence Silver (or comparable) Medical Plan

Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours

Required Qualifications:

3 years guiding Montessori education with ages 6-9, as a lead teacher

AMS/ MACTE Accredited Lower Elementary Montessori Certification

Identify as a lifelong learner.

Demonstrated use of Positive Discipline classroom strategies or a desire to learn.

The desire and ability to incorporate curiosity and compassion when communicating with families and students.

Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining a recordkeeping system to document lesson introduction, practice and mastery.
