&lt;p&gt;Financial Management &amp;amp; Bookkeeping: Manage all financial operations, including creating and managing the annual budget, processing tuition payments, and handling payroll for all staff. Strong bookkeeping skills are essential for this role, as you'll be responsible for reconciling accounts, generating financial reports, and ensuring the school's financial health. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms is highly desirable.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Staff Leadership &amp;amp; Development: Recruit, hire, and train all staff members, from lead teachers to assistants and administrative personnel. You will also coordinate the faculty work schedule and schedule subs when a Learning Tree faculty is absent. &lt;p&gt;Community &amp;amp; Parent Relations: Act as the primary liaison between the school, parents, and the broader community. You will also launch Learning Tree’s standing parent committees at the beginning of each year (e.g., Fundraising committee, Support committee, Building committee etc.).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Montessori Certification: A valid Montessori teaching certification from a MACTE-accredited program is required.&lt;/p&gt;
