Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This notice can be accessed at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the PNMA web site. Once you register for an event or become a member your contact information is used for providing services you request and is maintained as a PNMA contact.  The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

Name, Email address,  Address, Phone number and other information necessary to process your purchase. We provide direct secure payment options through Paypal.

The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself to send our notices to you, to contact you at your request regarding our events or to process your payments. We do not share this information with outside parties. As a member, you have access to the member directory and would also appear in it.  Members who list a school or education center would be listed by name with the school info on our School Directory which is publicly viewed on the site to aid in contacts to your school.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
As a member you can access your profile to correct or update info and also to control what is private or public in our directory.  First log in as a member and select View Profile, Privacy, Edit.  You can allow your profile to be viewed or not and you can select Anybody, Members, or No Access for any information field.  Be sure to save your settings at the bottom left of the page.  For a School Directory listing there are School info fields intended to be viewed by Anybody to help parents and teachers find your school.  Be sure to place School info in these fields when you edit your profile.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before making changes. 
As a contact without membership you do not have access to the file that records your participation.  You can contact us to assist in corrections or online activity. You can unsubscribe from PNMA notices by going to our web site. Your email will then be removed from our database.
