DEL will have a competitive process to award new ECEAP slots for the 2015-16 school year. DEL will release the application to become an ECEAP contractor in Spring of 2015. To help prepare potential ECEAP contractors and providers for this significant expansion and to continue to broaden our mixed-delivery system, DEL has released an ECEAP Readiness Assessment tool and the Minimum Qualifications to become an ECEAP contractor.
- The Readiness Assessment tool will walk interested organizations through the ECEAP requirements they must meet to provide high-quality preschool.
- The Minimum Qualifications document outlines current minimum qualifications to become an ECEAP contractor. Organizations applying to become ECEAP contractors must agree to meet the minimum qualifications and requirements outlined in the document. This is not an exhaustive list and is subject to change based on legislative action and agency needs.
If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for your interest in providing ECEAP services to meet the needs of children and families in your community.
