    POSITION:

    Sick Leave and Personal Days
    Full time (1 F.T.E =35 hours) employees are allowed 12 days to use as paid sick or personal days. After 12 days, employees will not be paid for additional days missed. These days do not carry over beyond the academic year.

    For salaried employees, Cedar Tree will pay in full a premium to a health benefit plan as selected by the board or $100.00 monthly, in addition to their regular wages, to put towards a personal medical plan or to use as they see fit.
