We require a minimum 1 years’ experience in childcare or other related field

High School Degree
Montessori training preferred
Current First Aid, CPR and BBP Training Certificate

Position: Living Montessori Academy, serving children ages Preschool through 6th Grade is searching for candidates who have experience working in after school programs. Experience in any of the following areas is highly desirable: Arts/Crafts, Culinary, Sports/Fitness or any other enrichment activities.
Part-time 5 days/week 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm or 11:30 am to 6:00 pm
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a natural compassion for children and an obvious interest in forming positive relationships with our community. Must be professional, have leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
Working with students from 3 – 12 years of age in various environments including playground and after school zones
Plan and design curriculum.
Certification required within first 30 days of employment:
Application for WA state back-ground check (MERIT) - MUST be completed before work begins (We can help.)
CPR, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogens Training
Food Handlers permit desirable
STARS 30-hour basic training
