    Searching now for an experienced Pre-school teacher for long term position, 25 hrs/wk,
    hours are 9 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Responsible for ages 2.5 - 5yrs old, important to find a great fit, someone who can commit to a long term contract. School year is Sept-July (closed in August).     -Work in coordination with the Teaching Team to provide continuity and consistency.

    -Build positive relationships with children, co-teachers and parents.
    -Use positive guidance and discipline methods that strengthen each child's empathy/compassion
    skills, as well as, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
    -Awareness and experience of best practices for the preschool classroom.

    -Plan, implement and manage curriculum for circle activities as well as, take the co-teaching role
    in the curriculum development for ages 2.5-5. This includes refinement of toileting
    skills, goal development and milestone record keeping for students each month.
    -Participate in the daily written assessment keeping, photo taking and web based portfolio data
    recording with the Teaching Team.
    - Participation in the yearly Parent/Teacher conferences.
    -Help clean, organize and maintain classrooms and teaching materials.

    -Sound working knowledge of child development ages 2.5-5 years.
    -Excellent interpersonal communication skills with children, co-teachers and family members.
    -Proven initiative and accountability with great follow through skills.
    -Twenty credit/clock hours in early childhood education.
    -Minimum of five years of professional preschool classroom teaching experience.
    -Strong experience designing dynamic curriculum for children ages 2.5-5 years of age.
    -Assist the school management in preserving State licensing requirements.
    -Must have leadership abilities in taking the initiative to direct & manage a classroom when
